The Cross River State Governor Liyel Imoke returned to the Country on Friday spending about 3 months abroad.
Governor Imoke had travelled to the United States to receive treatment for what his office described as a minor health concerns as well an official leave.
Deputy Governor, Efiok Cobham, took his place for the duration of the leave in line with the provisions of the Country's Constitution.
Governor Imoke made his first appearance on saturday evening at the U.J Esuene Stadium in Clabar where he had gone to watch the friendly match between the Golden Eaglets and Botswana Starlets.
Governor Imoke was last seen in Calabar on Dec. 6,2012.
He was to have proceeded on a two-month accumulated leave, after he had earlier written to the State House of Assembly on his intention to proceed on leave,
